Dingo

Dingo works by establishing a license pool with automatic checkin and checkout. When a license is requested by a user, Dingo automaticlally checks it out from the license pool and checks it back in when the user is finished, making the license immediately available for another user. And, because Dingo keeps track of how many licenses are checked out at any given time, licenses that aren't currently in use are immediately available for checkout by another user.
