Overview
Flexibility. Zoning. Output Control. Cost Effective.
Imposition made easy.
Imposition, or page pairing, is fast becoming a critical part in prepress operations. By automatically joining pages together onto one plate a publisher can benefit in many ways. Pairing pages not only saves you money on film and labor, but provides you with a streamlined mechanism to implement a fully digital workflow. Truly, you must implement page pairing to move your prepress operations to the next level. Mindset Software is proud to announce PairSorcerer is the clear choice for reaching your page pairing and digital workflow goals.
At Mindset Software, we realized long ago flexibility is the key to software. Your needs change over the years: new sections are requested, page sizes change, custom products are designed, new presses are installed -- life in publishing is constantly changing. PairSorcerer provides intuitive windows for changing every aspect of the software, including press layouts, page definitions, folios, and output locations. Customizing a folio is easy within the WYSIWYG folio configuration window. Swapping pages within a press layout is as easy as dragging and dropping the page.
Zoning your products can always present a problem when page pairing. Shared content is often re-output multiple times. PairSorcerer solves this through automatic and manual page sharing (promotion) between products. PairSorcerer allows you to automatically copy a page, or range of pages, from one product to another. The page folios are automatically redone for each of the products. Your users only output the page once!
PairSorcerer provides you with unmatchable output control. No matter if you want output to a standard Windows NT printer, an Autologic RIP, or direct to a file, PairSorcerer can deliver. PairSorcerer allows you to output to multiple printers or directory locations at once. Imagine printing and saving your pages for archiving at the same time!
PairSorcerer is the most flexible and powerful page pairing software on the market.
